1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EdCo's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Service Description

EdCo provides a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed specifically for education institutions to manage student admissions. The Services include lead management, communication tools, analytics, and related features as described on our website.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

To use the Services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect data about other users without consent

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Services ("Your Data"). You grant EdCo a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that Your Data complies with applicable laws, including data protection regulations. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents to upload and process personal data.

6. Payment Terms

For paid plans:

• Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change fees with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of Services
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by EdCo and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use EdCo's trademarks, logos, or other brand features without prior written consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms:

• For convenience with 30 days' written notice
• Immediately if the other party breaches these Terms
• Immediately if required by law

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. You may export Your Data for 30 days after termination.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDCO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EdCo harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
